Job Title: Residential Property Solicitor – Harpenden
Our client, a well-established law firm in Hertfordshire, is looking to strategically grow its residential property team with the hire of an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leasehold & freehold: handle a mix of residential properties
- Sales & purchases: manage all aspects of transactions from inception through to post-completion
- Shared ownership and transfer of equity
- Actively engage in business development and marketing strategies at the firm
Skills & Experience:
- A minimum of 12 months' fee-earning experience
- Experience of new build work would be advantageous
- The ability to work autonomously while supporting team growth
