Residential Conveyancing Solicitor – Buckinghamshire

Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor looking for a fresh challenge in a progressive and friendly law firm? Our client,a modern, fast-growing legal practice based in Buckinghamshire, seeking a driven and capable conveyancer to join its expanding team.

If you're confident managing a varied caseload and ready to take your career to the next level, this could be the perfect opportunity.

The Opportunity:

You’ll handle a full spectrum of residential conveyancing work from instruction to completion, including:

  • Freehold and Leasehold Sales & Purchases
  • Re-mortgages and Transfers of Equity
  • New Build and Shared Ownership Transactions
  • First Registrations and Assents
  • Help to Buy Loan Repayments

You’ll manage your own files independently with support from a streamlined case management system, allowing you to focus on high-quality client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and issuing contract packs
  • Conducting title checks and raising/reviewing enquiries
  • Preparing reports on title, searches and mortgage documents
  • Liaising with estate agents, clients, lenders, management companies and landlords
  • Managing the exchange, completion and post-completion process including SDLT and Land Registry
  • Ensuring compliance with internal risk management policies
  • Hitting financial targets and contributing to wider business growth

About You:

  • 2–5 years’ PQE in Residential Conveyancing (or equivalent experience)
  • Confident running a caseload with minimal supervision
  • Highly organised, tech-savvy and proactive
  • Comfortable meeting clients face-to-face and delivering exceptional service
  • Ambitious and open to long-term career development
