RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR, 5+ PQE, HERTFORDSHIRE, SALARY UP TO £55-75,000 (DOE). Excellent opportunity to join the highly regarded residential property team at a Legal 500 firm known for delivering outstanding legal services. JOB REF: 215301595

The appointed Residential Property Solicitor will handle a broad spectrum of conveyancing matters, providing expert advice to a diverse client base on complex and challenging cases.

  • You will manage and oversee your own independent caseload, covering a wide range of transactions including sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold matters, new-builds, shared ownership, unregistered properties, as well as working on Right to Buy and Help to Buy cases.
  • The firm is seeking candidates with proven experience and strong technical knowledge of conveyancing procedures and regulatory requirements. This role also offers excellent prospects for career progression and development.
  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key contacts, providing legal advice and support throughout every stage of the conveyancing process. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, enabling you to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders while delivering exceptional levels of client care.
