• This is a superb opportunity for a dynamic and motivated Residential Property Fee-earner to join a well-established, Legal 500 regional firm, within a well-regarded and busy residential property department.

• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licenced Conveyancers with a minimum of 4 Years PQE handling files from initial instruction through to completion.

• The appointed Residential Conveyancer will have the capability to Manage their own caseload of residential property files, to include but not restricted to sales; purchases; equity releases; right to buy and; re-mortgages.

• This firm produce exceptional technical expertise within a down-to-earth and supportive environment, you will be offered the chance to grow your skill-set across a broad range of areas and will be fully supported with long-term career development.
