Job description

Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, 3+ PQE, Warwickshire, up to c£50,000 (DOE). This growing team offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer to join and contribute to its ongoing success. OVERVIEW:

  1. The appointed solicitor will handle a caseload of conveyancing matters including, but not limited to, sales, purchases, re-mortgage and transfer of equity.
  2. You will join an expert team of fee earners and support staff and have the opportunity to be a part of the future direction of the department.
  3. The firm invites applications from residential conveyancing solicitors with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing residential property transactions.
  4. Hybrid working is available, with the majority of days required to be worked onsite.
  5. Excellent communication and organisational skills are required.
