Position Overview:

A fantastic opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor with over three years of post-qualification experience has arisen to join an esteemed residential property team based in Wilmslow.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.
2. Handle freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and re-mortgage transactions.
3. Ensure efficient processing and completion of files using advanced IT systems.
4. Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years experience in residential conveyancing.
2. Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently.
3. Excellent IT skills and familiarity with conveyancing software.
4. Strong organizational and communication skills.
