Conveyancing Solicitor – Exciting Opportunity

An award-winning, innovative law firm with offices across Essex is seeking experienced Conveyancing Solicitors. The firm offers a supportive environment with flexible working options and a strong focus on client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of conveyancing matters independently and as part of a team
  • Build and maintain client relationships, contributing to business development
  • Work on cross-department projects and contribute to department growth
  • Meet financial targets for fee income and chargeable hours
  • Ensure compliance with firm policies and regulations

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in residential property law
  • Proven client relationship and target achievement
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Experience with case management systems (desirable)
  • IT proficiency (Microsoft Office)
