Conveyancing Team Manager - Cardiff

BCL Legal is working with a well-established, forward-thinking conveyancing business that is looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Team Manager to join its central Cardiff office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned conveyancer with proven people management experience to lead and develop a talented team of property lawyers.

The Role
As Conveyancing Team Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a busy conveyancing team. You'll ensure operational efficiency, maintain high professional standards, and act as a role model to inspire and support your colleagues.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Leading, coaching, and mentoring team members to build a high-performing, motivated group.
- Managing performance, providing constructive feedback, and creating tailored development plans.
- Overseeing workflow distribution to maintain optimum productivity.
- Handling escalated client queries and resolving issues effectively.
- Working collaboratively with senior leadership on process improvements and change initiatives.
- Recruiting, onboarding, and developing new team members.
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

This is a full-time, permanent role (Monday to Friday). Following an initial training period, there's the flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week.

About You
