The Role:

This busy department requires an ambitious Residential Property Solicitor (or Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer with equivalent experience) to join this high-street law firm based in Cambridgeshire. Responsibilities include managing a varied caseload of residential property matters such as freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, lease extensions, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new builds, and shared ownership matters. Secretarial support will be provided. The role also involves business development within the department. This is a full-time, permanent position with scope for development.

The Candidate:

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ PQE and be a driven, dedicated, and hardworking individual capable of handling a full and varied caseload with minimal supervision. You should be focused on delivering quality legal advice within deadlines, managing client expectations, and prioritizing conflicting tasks.
