This is a great opportunity to join a dedicated department specialising in residential conveyancing and related property matters. The role will involve managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensions. You will take ownership of your cases, provide expert advice to clients, liaise with third parties such as estate agents and lenders, and ensure smooth and timely completions while maintaining excellent client care.
