Residential Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer

Location: Bristol

Salary: Up to £60,000 (DOE)

Working Arrangement: Hybrid (initial on-site expectation)

A progressive and expanding Bristol-based firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join their busy and supportive property team. The firm has an excellent reputation for delivering straightforward, client-focused advice and is well-regarded across the South West for its modern approach to legal services.

The role will involve:

• Handling a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Providing clear, practical advice to both individual clients and business referrers.
• Managing files from instruction through to post-completion with minimal supervision.
• Maintaining excellent relationships with clients, estate agents, brokers, and other key stakeholders.
• Supporting the growth of the team and wider firm through cross-selling and networking.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor (2-5 years PQE) or Licensed Conveyancer (3-6 years PQE).
• Have solid experience across the full range of residential property transactions.
• Demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Be commercially minded with excellent communication skills.
• Thrive in a collaborative team environment while managing your own caseload.
