Residential Property Solicitor, Bristol

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced qualified solicitor or legal executive to join a firm with a good reputation locally. You'll have upwards of 5 years PQE and will have the chance to mentor and supervise junior members of the team.

The team is expanding through growth and on the back of high-quality service levels.

You'll be working alongside professional and motivated partners and senior associates who drive the levels of standards of excellence in the team.

It's a mix of work coming in, including high-value transactions and clients who have their own portfolio of properties.

There are clear career paths available. With upwards of 2 years PQE, you'll be keen to accept your next challenge and develop good habits.

You can expect to manage your own caseload involving sales and purchases (registered and unregistered, freehold and leasehold land), re-mortgages, transfers of equity, equity release, and right to buy. You'll have support from conveyancing assistants.
