The Role

The firm seeks a Senior Residential Property Conveyancer with 4+ years PQE to join their Bracknell office.

You will handle all aspects of Residential Property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, declarations of trust, lease extensions, and freehold acquisitions.

The team aims to provide efficient and personalized service, ensuring clients have direct access to an individual managing their case from instruction to completion. Many instructions come from existing clients and recommendations, resulting in a strong HNW client base.

You will work closely with a highly experienced Residential Conveyancing Partner with over 20 years of experience.
