Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive
Basingstoke | Hybrid | Competitive Salary + Bonus
A well-established, full-service law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive (3+ years PQE) to join their growing property team.

The Role:

• Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
• Handle lease extensions (experience desirable)
• Step in with post-completion registrations as needed
• Support business development through networking and referrals
• Ensure compliance with CQS and firm policies

What They're Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years' PQE in Residential Property
• Experience leading or supporting junior staff (preferred)
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and case management systems (LEAP experience a plus)
• Organised, team-oriented, and calm under pressure
