Are you a skilled Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a passion for property law? An established law firm in Ashford, Kent, is seeking an experienced professional to join their team and work closely with the Head of Residential Property.

The Role:

As a key member of the Residential Property team, you will:

• Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and new builds.
• Provide expert advice to clients, maintaining high standards of client care and professionalism.
• Work collaboratively with the Head of Residential Property, contributing to the team's ongoing success and growth.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements.

About You:

• A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Proven ability to handle a diverse caseload independently.
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
• A client-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
