With offices across key Scottish cities and a strong reputation for delivering expert legal, property, and financial services, this firm is continuing to grow its residential property team.
They’re now looking to strengthen their Residential Conveyancing team in Glasgow with the appointment of a Senior Solicitor to work closely with the Team Lead in Glasgow.

The Role:
You’ll play a key role in supporting a busy and well-established Residential Conveyancing team, handling a full range of matters including:
• Purchases, sales, re-mortgages, transfers of title and discharges
• Title examination and drafting of legal documentation
• Maintaining and developing strong referrer relationships
• Delivering first-class client service through regular, proactive communication
• Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team where appropriate
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide full legal support to a busy and fast-paced residential conveyancing team
• Handle all aspects of the conveyancing process, including purchases, sales, remortgages, transfers of title, and discharges
• Draft, review, and revise legal documentation with accuracy and efficiency
• Examine title deeds and ensure all legal requirements are met prior to completion
• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing referrers and identify new business development opportunities
• Deliver exceptional client service through regular contact, clear communication, and a proactive approach
• Support and mentor junior team members as required, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team culture
About You:
• A minimum of 2+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
• A fully Scottish Qualified Solicitor
• A strong technical background with a full understanding of the conveyancing process
• Excellent client-handling and communication skills
• A proactive, self-starting approach with a commercial mindset
• Confidence in building and developing business opportunities
