Job Title: Residential Property Paralegal / Fee-earner

Location: Central London

A forward-thinking law firm is seeking a residential property paralegal with fee earning experience to join their team and provide high-quality service to their established client base.

You will manage your own caseload from instruction to post-completion, handling sales and purchases of properties. The role requires the ability to independently manage full residential transactions with some supervision.

Key duties include:

1. Submitting AP1 and SDLT forms
2. Drafting reports on title
3. Liaising with clients and third parties (e.g., mortgage lenders)
4. Handling enquiries
5. File opening and closing, including matter balances
6. Companies House registrations
7. Scheduling deeds to mortgage lenders
8. Drafting agreements, deeds, and contracts
9. Reviewing and reporting on titles

Candidates must have at least 12 months of experience as a residential property paralegal, with excellent drafting skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Ability to conduct searches independently is essential.
