Residential Property Paralegal
Location: Mansfield
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Paralegal to join a supportive and forward-thinking team in Chesterfield.

The Role
As a Residential Property Paralegal, you’ll provide essential support to a Conveyancer across a broad range of residential property matters. This varied role will include:

  • Communicating with clients by phone and email
  • Preparing and submitting SDLT returns and Land Registry applications
  • Reviewing title and property documents and preparing contract packs
  • Handling enquiries and assisting with research
  • Managing administrative tasks, records and accounts

About You
You will have:

  • Strong academics, including GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths
  • Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook essential)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • The ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and maintain accuracy
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach with great attention to detail
  • Previous experience supporting fee earners in residential conveyancing (desirable)
