Key Responsibilities

• Assist with a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity

• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and title documentation

• Conduct searches, manage enquiries, and liaise with clients and third parties (including estate agents, lenders, and solicitors)

• Support lawyers in progressing files from instruction through to post-completion

• Maintain accurate records using a digital case management system

• Contribute to the development and improvement of internal legal workflows and processes

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in residential property / conveyancing

• Sound understanding of the full conveyancing process

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Comfortable working independently and managing priorities in a remote or hybrid setting

• Familiarity with digital legal tools or case management systems is advantageous

• Legal qualification (e.g. LPC, CILEX) is desirable but not essential
