Job Title: Residential Property Assistant / PA
Location: Liverpool
Position: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000

Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional looking for a personable role in property law?

My client, a reputable law firm, is seeking a dedicated Residential Property Assistant / PA to join their team and work closely with the head of department.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to support the firm's property team and provide exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist fee earners with residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and mortgages.
  2. Manage diaries and appointments.
  3. Prepare and draft correspondence, contracts, and other legal documents.
  4. Conduct property searches and due diligence.
  5. Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors to ensure smooth progress of transactions.
  6. Handle telephone and email inquiries from clients and third parties.
  7. Maintain and update case management systems and client records.
  8. Support to the property team.

Candidate Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in a conveyancing assistant or conveyancing secretary role.
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  5. Proficiency in using case management systems and legal software.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. A proactive and client-focused approach.
