This law firm offers a great opportunity for a Paralegal with relevant experience to join our forward-thinking and dynamic Residential Conveyancing team. This role will assist with providing a quality service to clients in all aspects of residential conveyancing, including:

• Sales, Purchases, Re-mortgages, and other related services

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering a comprehensive, quality service to clients in residential conveyancing
• Generating fee income in line with targets and recording all time and fees promptly
• Adhering to monthly fee earner certificate processes
• Staying updated on legal and regulatory developments
• Participating in departmental meetings
• Supporting the firm’s marketing initiatives
• Developing the residential conveyancing business, including marketing efforts
• Networking to raise personal and firm profile
• Assisting in acquiring new clients and cross-selling services
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all firm services
