Residential Property – Mid Level Associate

Our client, a full-service law firm, is looking to grow their residential team with the appointment of an experienced solicitor or legal executive.

The long-established, well-regarded firm are highly ranked in the major independent directories, covering the full spectrum of legal disciplines, including commercial real estate, corporate law, employment, private client, commercial law and immigration. Their clients range from individuals and SMEs to large corporations, both in the UK and abroad.

The property team form an integral part of the practice, with their lawyers representing long established companies and growing network of clients, due to their consistent business development activities and entrepreneurial nature.

The residential department are extremely busy and as such, our client is looking for an experienced residential conveyancer to join their young, dynamic team.

As the successful candidate you will be a residential property specialist, with experience of dealing with matters from initial instruction through to post completion. You will also have experience of dealing with people face to face, as this will be a very client facing role. The successful candidate should also be ambitious and a keen business developer to help with the growth of the department.
