Job summary

One to One Personnel Ltd is seeking a proactive Residential Property Manager in Southend on Sea. You will manage a portfolio of residential properties, act as the main contact for landlords and tenants, and coordinate maintenance and regulatory compliance.

The role demands strong organisation, effective communication, and the ability to work independently within a team. Salary is up to £30k with commission depending on experience, with a typical Monday–Friday schedule, and additional benefits

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, preferably lettings.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties for landlords and tenants.
• Conduct property inspections and coordinate repairs/coordinator visits.
• Handle rent reviews, check-ins/check-outs, and deposits.
• Ensure compliance with current legislation and safety requirements.
• Maintain records and liaise with landlords on updates.
