Overview

Residential Property Manager (Client Side) – Hyde Park, W2

Our client are seeking a Residential Property Manager to join a small, friendly team and assist in the day-to-day management of this private landlords’ portfolio of 300 units. The ideal candidate will have strong administration skills, and a good knowledge of regulations and compliance required for a Residential portfolio. This role requires strong organisation skills and the ability to multitask. This position requires a proactive Property Manager who will be able to competently taking responsibility for administrative processes relating to Estates and Property Management.

Responsibilities
  • Working alongside our Estates Manager as a Property Manager
  • Dealing with tenant’s reports, updating on repairs/ access requirement
  • Taking calls and greeting contractors.
  • Booking maintenance works and eventually helping with health and safety in and around our properties.
  • Helping with inputting data & software management (Quooda)
  • 70% admin based mostly taking calls from tenants
  • Assistance with managing access for routine maintenance/works PPM, fire blankets
  • HMO & FMO licensing and management
  • Manage and organising all Health & Safety for the Residential portfolio (electrical certificates, gas safety, PAT, property inspections, fire risk assessments, PPM schedule, oil servicing, legionella, mega flow, heating pressure, chlorination, service vents, smoke, fire appliances, fire alarm, common parts inspections, window cleaning, HMO, Automist, filters, EPC)
  • Assisting our team with taking care of the office and all our residents' buildings.
The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:
  • You will require an individual with some experience ideally in property management or at least within the residential lettings sector.
  • It is highly desirable that candidates have intermediate computer literacy.
  • Experience in property management software packages would be useful.
  • Be able to manage their own workload
  • A professional work ethic, good telephone manner and smart appearance are essential
  • Excellent typing and grammar skills
  • Happy with dealing with the heavy administrative tasks.
  • Ability to deal with contractors and difficult clients as and when required.
Hours and Salary

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm

Salary: 35-40K
