Job Description:

A well-established, family-owned property management company based North London is looking for an experienced Residential Property Manager to join their tight-knit, busy team. The successful candidate will have previous experience in residential property management, experience in managing their own portfolio and possess strong IT skills.

This is a full time, fully office-based role.

Key responsibilities:

• Management of a high-end residential property portfolio
• Property maintenance management
• Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors
• Organising, managing and overseeing refurbishment works
• Handling property insurance details
• Raising rental invoices and chasing rent arrears
• Maintaining an updated property file
• Use of MS Packages / PropMan or similar software

Skills Required:

• 3-4 years’ experience in residential property management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
