Based in Bristol, this well-established practice seeks experienced Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives, or Licensed Conveyancers interested in a new challenge. The property department is operating at full capacity, prompting the recruitment of a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to handle a busy caseload including sales and purchases (registered and unregistered, freehold and leasehold land), re-mortgages, transfers of equity, equity release, and right to buy.
Applications are welcomed from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers, and non-qualified fee earners with at least 5 years’ experience managing their own residential property caseload from start to finish. Candidates must be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record of handling caseloads independently.
