We're looking for a talented Residential Property Lawyer (NQ to 3 years PQE) to join our busy and friendly team.

What the role involves:

You'll handle a varied caseload of residential property matters, such as:

• Acting on the sale and purchase of both freehold and leasehold homes
• Managing re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and other title changes
• Dealing with new build purchases, Help to Buy
• Liaising with clients, agents, and lenders to ensure smooth completions

What we’re looking for:

• A qualified solicitor or legal executive (NQ to 3 PQE) with experience in residential conveyancing
