TSR Legal is expanding its Residential Property team in Cirencester (Gloucestershire), offering hybrid and flexible working. The firm seeks qualified Conveyancers, Solicitors, Associates and Partners to handle a varied caseload and contribute to growth.

As a forward‑thinking firm, you will advise on sales, purchases, leases and remortgages, develop business relationships, and have the chance to shape the future direction of the practice, with senior opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Experience handling a varied residential property caseload
• Strong technical knowledge across residential property matters
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and commercially minded approach
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong client care and relationship-building skills
• Interest in business development and networking
• Good IT skills including case management systems and MS Office

• Manage your own varied residential property caseload
• Handle sales, purchases, leases and remortgages
