Job description

Residential Property Lawyer - Devon

Our client, a well-respected law firm with multiple offices across Devon is looking to expand their Residential Property Team and recruit a Residential Property Solicitor for their Plymouth office.

Day-to-day you will work on a caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters including:

• Sales and purchases to include freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property
• Grant and Surrender of easements and covenants
• Remortgages
• New Builds
• Transfers of equity
• Landlord & tenant matters all from inception through to completion.

The client base is varied - from Residential purchasers to developers and investors. There is also the opportunity to pick up some Commercial property work if the candidate wishes.

Ideally, you will be a Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3+ PQE. You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and IT literate, organised with attention to detail and good numerical skills.

It is essential that you're able to work with minimal supervision.
