Residential Property Lawyer - Bournemouth

We are working with a highly regarded, multi office firm recognised in the Legal 500, who are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their busy and supportive property team in Bournemouth.

The Role

You will manage your own varied caseload of residential property matters, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Remortgages
  • New build transactions
  • Right to Buy
  • Shared ownership
  • Transfers of equity
What You'll Bring

The firm is looking for a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with strong experience in residential property work. You should be confident handling files from initial instruction through to post completion, with a proactive and organised approach.
