A reputable law firm in Axminster is seeking a Residential Property Lawyer to join their successful team. The role involves independently managing a variety of residential property matters, including sales and purchases. Candidates must have solid experience in residential property law and be able to work with minimal supervision. The firm welcomes applications from solicitors, legal executives, or licensed conveyancers at all levels, including newly qualified attorneys seeking career advancement.
Our client, a Legal 500 rated firm, are currently seeking a Residential Property Lawyer to join their highly regarded and successful team and to be based in their Axminster office.
This is a great opportunity to join an established and well respected law firm who are one of the largest legal practices in the South West, with offices based across a number of locations in Devon.
To be considered you will be either a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with solid experience in residential property law. Due to the growth within the team the firm are open to considering applications from candidates of all levels ranging from those newly qualified to more senior lawyers seeking a career move.
The role will involve independently handling a wide range of residential property matters from initial instruction to post completion. You will be expected to handle a busy caseload of a broad mix of residential conveyancing matters, including but not limited to, sales and purchases, shared ownership and help-to-buy transactions.
The ideal candidate will be able to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate proven experience of working as part of a conveyancing team. You will have strong technical expertise and exceptional client skills.
