Qualifikationen

• 3+ years' PQE as a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Strong knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
• A track record of meeting financial and performance targets.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Manage your own varied caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Oversee remortgages and buy-to-let transactions; include new build purchases in retirement living.
• Assist with registrations and complex/high-value residential property work.
