Are you ready for your next challenge? Our client is looking for a motivated Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join their expanding Property team in Hampshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive department, handling a varied caseload of residential property matters including purchases, sales, and refinances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing transactions involving HTB equity mortgages, leasehold properties, right-to-buy schemes, investment properties (including HMOs), and remortgages
• Dealing with unregistered land, probate sales, restrictions, and declarations of trust
• Providing expert advice on SDLT, the Building Safety Act, and compliance with CQS accreditation requirements

About You:

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years' PQE, a proactive approach to managing a substantial caseload, and the ability to work independently with limited supervision. Strong client care skills, a commercial mindset, and excellent communication skills are essential, alongside confidence in business development and teamwork.
