Residential Property Lawyer, Wiltshire, 2+ PQE, Salary - DOE – Leading regional law firm is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner who can come in and hit the ground running with an existing caseload of residential property matters.

THE ROLE:

Handling your own caseload of residential property transactions, the appointed Residential Conveyancer will possess the ability to take the lead on matters and be able to deal with matters from initial instruction through to completion. Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers who have at least 2 years PQE in handling all types of residential property matters. Ideal Residential Conveyancers will have experience of dealing with sales, purchases, development and new build plot matters.
