Residential Property Lawyer
West Wales
(NQ to Partner Level)

You'll manage your own caseload with the support of an experienced team. If you're stepping into a senior position, you'll also help develop and lead a high-performing group of lawyers. You'll work across a variety of residential transactions including sales, purchases, refinancing, leases and development agreements as well as engage regularly with local professionals and wider business communities.

Dependant on experience, this role can be considered at Solicitor, Associate or Partner level.

You'll need:

  • Strong client care and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability and experience of independently managing a busy residential property caseload
  • Business development instincts and a proactive approach to networking
  • Solid grasp of property law, including development and agricultural work
  • Strong IT and communication skills
