Umbrella Rate:

£40,000 to £55,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

1. Handle a caseload of general residential property law.
2. Provide excellent client services for the residential property team.
3. Support business development for the team.

Key Requirements:

1. A qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with 3 years of PQE in residential conveyancing law.
2. Strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures.
3. Ability to manage a full caseload of transactions and prioritise tasks effectively.
