A leading legal firm is seeking a Residential Property Lawyer for their Cornwall locations. What will you do?
  • In this role you will advise a full and varied range of clients
  • Manage a varied conveyancing caseload from instruction to post completion
  • This caseload could involve: sales & purchases, equity release, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, lease extensions, freehold, leasehold, newbuild & affordable housing and auctions
  • Where appropriate, manage complex cases such as creation of new easements, adverse possession, relinquishing easements or covenants
  • Develop & maintain relationships with introducers
About you
  • To apply for this position, you don\'t need to be qualified – Solicitors, Legal Executives & Licensed Conveyancers are welcome to apply as are non-qualified fee earners with relevant case handling experience
  • You should have at least 3 years conveyancing experience from a law firm background
