Purely Recruitment Solutions Ltd. in Frome is seeking a full-time, experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join their Frome office. You will handle a caseload and work across all aspects of residential conveyancing.

The role requires running sales, purchases, transfers, and new builds, with strong client communication, expert file management, and the ability to work autonomously in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Caseload management: Independently manage a full caseload (sales, purchases, transfers, new builds).
• Client communication: Advise clients, provide quotes, give timely updates, deliver excellent service.
• Legal process: Conduct searches, draft documents, research property ownership, handle routine correspondence.
• Compliance: Ensure work complies with firm procedures and regulatory standards.
• Financial/KPIs: Meet targets for file completion, revenue generation and efficiency.
• Business development: Network and promote the firm internally and externally.

We are currently looking for a full time, experienced, Residential Property Lawyer to join our client in their Frome office.

Ideally you will have experience in all aspects of residential property, running your own caseload and be familiar with case management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Caseload Management:Independently manage a full caseload (sales, purchases, transfers, new builds) with minimal supervision.
• Client Communication:Advise clients, provide quotes, offer timely updates, and deliver excellent service.
• Legal Process:Conduct searches, draft legal documents, research property ownership, and handle routine correspondence.
• Compliance:Ensure all work complies with firm procedures and regulatory standards.
