Overview

Residential Conveyancing Lawyer

We are working with a highly regarded coastal law firm who are looking to recruit two Residential Conveyancing Lawyers to join their growing team. This role can be based in either Eastbourne or Polegate. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, supportive practice with a genuinely welcoming culture and very low staff turnover. The firm is Lexcel and Conveyancing Quality Scheme accredited, with an excellent reputation for both client care and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• You will handle a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:
• Sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity

What we're looking for

• Current experience managing residential conveyancing transactions
• Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Case management system experience (desirable but not essential - training will be provided)
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
• Clear and confident communication skills, with a personable approach both in person and over the phone
• A commitment to delivering outstanding client care
