Residential Property Lawyer

A Residential Property Lawyer is required by a law firm with an office in South Devon to work in a busy residential conveyancing team.

The Firm

An award winning law firm with a strong reputation throughout the south west for providing cost effective quality legal advice. The Conveyancing team deal with all aspects of property transactions including part exchange, plot sales and new build development work.

The Role

The Residential Property Lawyer role will involve managing a full case load of conveyancing transactions, and post completion work.

Candidate

• Qualified as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
• Previous post qualification conveyancing experience is essential.
• Must be well organised.
• A good communicator.
• Have attention to detail.

The role is commutable from Dawlish, Torquay, Teighmouth, Newton Abbot and Bovey Tracey
