JOB TITLE: Residential Property Lawyer
PQE: 2+ PQE
LOCATION: Cambridgeshire
SALARY: Circa £40k plus

THE ROLE:
A new opportunity has arisen for a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join an established law firm and deal with all types of residential property matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity and shared ownership matters. Working within a supportive and friendly team, you will be managing your own caseload of files and possess the ability to maintain excellent client care and work efficiently to meet deadlines.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will have at least 2 years of experience managing your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. You will be able to work independently as well as work as part of a team, you will have strong technical knowledge and have excellent client communication and organisational skills.
