What will you do?
Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish
Advise a wide variety of clients from property investors to first time buyers
Advise on sales & purchases of leasehold & freehold properties
Advise on remortgages, registered and unregistered land, buy to let, Right to Buy, shared ownership, new build, help to buy mortgages, SDLT returns, Land Registry applications + more
What will you need?
To be either a qualified residential conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer, or an unqualified fee earner
Ideally at least 2 years’ experience within residential property law and able to run your own caseload from start to finish
