• Build and maintain strong working relationships with estate agents, brokers, clients, and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to the ongoing development of the firm's residential property department
• Ensure high standards of client care and service delivery in every matter handled

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2-6 years' PQE in residential property/conveyancing
• Proven track record in handling both freehold and leasehold transactions from instruction to completion
• Client-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
• Familiar with modern case management systems and digital conveyancing tools
