Job description

Service Care Solutions are working with a successful law firm that is seeking an experienced and client-focused Residential Property Lawyer at Senior Solicitor or Associate level to join their well-established and expanding Residential Property team based in Edinburgh. Their team is recognized for its depth of knowledge across all aspects of residential property law.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Advising on all aspects of residential property transactions, including purchases, sales, new build properties, re-mortgages, and title transfers.
2. Providing occasional legal advice to property developers on land and building acquisitions.
3. Effectively managing a diverse portfolio of transactions with attention to accuracy, timelines, and client communication.
4. Engaging with solicitors, financial institutions, and other third parties to ensure successful transaction outcomes.

Education and Skills:

We are looking for a Solicitor who demonstrates:

1. Significant experience in residential conveyancing, with the ability to handle complex transactions.
2. Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
