Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 5-7 years' PQE in residential property
• Proven track record in the full range of residential real estate transactions
• Excellent legal technical knowledge and commitment to continuous professional development
• Client focussed and commercially aware
• Work efficiently and accurately under pressure
• Experience of working autonomously

Responsibilities

• Manage and progress residential transactions from instruction to completion, including acting for landlord and tenant, buyer and seller on sales and purchases, development, investment work, licences for alterations, deeds of variation, wayleaves, options, overage, lease extensions, remortgage and transfers of equity
• Reviewing case files
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents
• Writing articles and attending marketing events
• Lead with arranging training for the team and input at departmental meetings
• Support junior solicitors and paralegals
