Residential Property Asset Manager

Up to £65k + 20% Bonus + Benefits
Office-Based | Permanent | Full-Time

We’re working with a market-leading specialist lender, backed by a global private equity fund, to appoint a Residential Property Asset Manager.

This Northwest London Office-based role is a great opportunity for an enterprising and ambitious property professional who wants a change from a traditional valuation role, and offers the chance to join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties from possession through to sale or loan redemption
  • Create and implement tailored disposal strategies to optimise realised prices and timescales
  • Liaise with LPA receivers, agents, and contractors to drive results
  • Oversee pre-marketing works and ensure tight cost control
  • Maintain accurate case records and provide regular updates to senior management
Requirements
  • MRICS (preferred) ideally 2-5 years PQE
  • Background in asset management, LPA receivership, valuation, or residential property
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation ability
