Job Description:

If you are a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with experience in high-rise Residential projects and are seeking more autonomy, responsibility, and growth opportunities, then this could be the perfect role for your career.

This boutique consultancy works with exceptional clients across Residential markets such as PBSA, Co-Living, BTR, and PRS.

They have been shortlisted for industry awards and adopt a pragmatic approach with their clients. As a project manager, you will have the chance to work on projects valued up to £100 million.

Based in London’s West End, this close-knit team has delivered impressive schemes nationwide.

Candidates should have:

• Experience as a Project Manager, preferably in residential or commercial sectors, from a consultancy background
• Ability to work as an Employer’s Agent
• Knowledge of recent BSA changes (Gateway 2)
• Chartered status (RICS, APM, ICE, etc.) is preferred
• Experience leading post-contract PM/EA roles
• 3-5 years’ experience for PM, 5-7 years for SPM
• Understanding of the planning process
• Knowledge of tendering strategies

The role offers a salary between £60,000-£75,000 plus benefits, including an annual company away day, private medical, and dental plans.
