• Assurer la continuité du service tout en prenant des décisions clés.

Skills

Job Description:

If you are a Project Manager or Senior Project Manage with experience in high rise Residential projects and are looking for more autonomy, responsibility and growth opportunities then this could be the perfect opportunity for your career.

This boutique consultancy are working with some exceptional clients across predominantly Residential clients in the PBSA, Co-Living, BTR and PRS markets.

They have been shortlisted for industry-recognised awards and have a pragmatic approach to how they work with their clients. As a project manager you will have the opportunity to work on projects up to £100million in value.

Located in London’s West End, this close knit team have delivered some cracking schemes across the country.

Candidates will need to have the following experience to be considered for this role:

• Project Manager with preferably residential or commercial experience from a consultancy background
• Ability to work as an Employer’s Agent
• Up to date knowledge of the BSA changes (Gateway 2)
• Ideally Chartered PM (RICS, APM, ICE etc.)
• Previous experience as project lead in a post-contract PM/EA role
• 3-5 years’ experience for PM , 5-7 years for SPM
• An understanding of the planning process
• Knowledge of tendering strategies.

On offer is a base salary range between £60,000-£75,000 plus benefits to include a company annual away day and fully comprehensive private medical and dental plan.
