• Proven background in project management, contract administration and/or quantity surveying.
• Experience across residential construction, remediation or affordable housing.
• Experience administering JCT building contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer residential cladding, remediation and new-build projects.
• Provide Employer's Agent services to leading affordable housing providers.
• Support procurement and project delivery activities.
• Administer JCT building contracts, including payment processes and contract arrangements.
• Chair and minuting project and stakeholder meetings.
• Prepare cost estimates and produce clear, accurate cost reports for stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and others.
• Apply Building Safety Regulations and related processes.
