Job summary

Eden Brown Built Environment is seeking a Project Manager with Quantity Surveying experience to join its Manchester-based technical team. The role focuses on residential cladding, remediation and new-build projects, with Employer's Agent services for affordable housing providers, in a hybrid working setup.

The ideal candidate will administer JCT contracts, manage procurement, deliver cost reports, and coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success and regulatory compliance in

Qualifications

• Proven background in project management, contract administration and/or quantity surveying.
• Experience across residential construction, remediation or affordable housing.
• Experience administering JCT contracts and understanding payment processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer residential cladding, remediation and new-build projects.
• Provide Employer's Agent services to leading affordable housing providers.
• Support procurement and project delivery activities.
• Administer JCT contracts, including payment processes and arrangements.
• Chair and minuting project and stakeholder meetings.
• Prepare cost estimates and clear, accurate cost reports.
